Fall 2026 Prize Raffle draw: October 30, 2026 at 11:00:00 a.m. PDT
If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.
Draw will be held at 162 West 1st Avenue, Vancouver, BC V5Y 0H6
The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG).
All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.
Winners will be posted online at https://artsclub.rafflenexus.com/winners on October 30, 2026.
Winner will be contacted by phone by the Arts Club Theatre Company.
Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.
If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.
No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Arts Club Theatre Company or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.
Arts Club Theatre Company does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.
Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: vip@artsclub.com. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.
Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.
