Summer 2024 50/50 Raffle

  1. 1. Tickets

    Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.

    Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.

  2. 2. Raffle

    BC Gaming Event Licence #151885

    5 for $15.00; 3000 tickets
    10 for $25.00; 5000 tickets
    25 for $50.00; 20000 tickets
    80 for $100.00; 36000 tickets

  3. 3. Important Dates & Draw Information

    Deadline
    Final ticket sales deadline: August 26, 2024 at 11:59:59 p.m. PDT

    Draw
    Raffle draw: August 27, 2024 at 4:00:00 p.m. PDT

    If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

    Draw will be held at Arts Club Theatre Company located at 162 West 1st Avenue in Vancouver, BC.

    The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

    All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

    Winners will be posted online at https://artsclub.rafflenexus.com/winners on August 27, 2024.

  4. 4. Winner

    Winner will be contacted by phone by the Arts Club Theatre Company.

    Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

    If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

    No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Arts Club Theatre Company or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

  5. 5. Privacy

    Arts Club Theatre Company does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

  6. 6. Complaints

    Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: vip@artsclub.com. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

  7. 7. Delay in Draw

    Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.

  8. 8. Other

    Please email our team at vip@artsclub.com should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.

Cause

The Arts Club Theatre Company, situated on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and Sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh) nations, is the largest theatre company in Western Canada. In a typical year, over a quarter of a million people experience the best in professional theatre at its three venues: the Stanley Industrial Alliance Stage, Granville Island Stage, and Newmont Stage at the BMO Theatre Centre, as well as on tour throughout the province. Its popular productions range from musicals and contemporary comedies to new works and classics.

Funds raised through this 50/50 raffle will support The Arts Club as the company continues to fulfil its mission to inspire and nurture artists and audiences through diverse cultural experiences that are engaging, thought-provoking, and artistically innovative. Proceeds will directly support New Play Development programs, Education and Outreach initiatives, and the work you see on stage.
